One of the most challenging aspects of the hiring process is obtaining useful feedback from your staff during the review process. No matter how many employees you engage in the hiring process it’s important that you gather the feedback in a consistent way. One of the best ways to standardize feedback is to create candidate evaluation forms or questionnaires and request that they be filled out by your managers and staff during the review process. Utilizing multiple choice, ratings or scale questions, you avoid vague descriptions or Emails that are difficult to interpret.

The new features allow Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate a collaborative review of Candidates. Simply create a Candidate Evaluation Form within Questionnaires and you are ready to begin using the Feedback functionality to streamline your hiring process. To request feedback on a candidate, simply Forward a Candidate with the Feedback Questionnaire to your managers and staff. You are able to solicit their input and pull it all into the Feedback Tab, compare the input and report on the data, all within ApplicantStack!
