Applying for this position will include working in the following areas:

Cocktail Server:  Duties include but are not limited to opening sidework, waiting on tables, teamwork, strong personality, good manners, and closing sidework.  A cocktail server should be familiar with the bar atmosphere.  Cocktail servers rarely stay on the clock past 3:00AM.

Bartender: Duties include but are not limited to opening sidework, preparing drinks for servers as well as customers.  A bartender should have great social skills and be able to multitask in high paced environments.

Bar Back: You will be helping in all areas of the bar including running dishes to kitchen, wiping down the bar for new customers, filling ice when needed, and all other things that the bartenders and servers need.
