For close to a decade, The MONEXgroup has been providing competitive financial services and payment processing solutions to Canadian businesses. MONEXgroup is now seeking a Regional Recruiter who will provide consultative and cost effective recruiting solutions while working in a high recruiting volume and fast paced environment. They will act as a strategic partner to the business units with a main focus on identifying, sourcing, screening, and evaluating top sales talent.
 
 
We offer:
·         $35,000 to $40,000 base pay determined by experience, plus commissions

Your Responsibilities will include:
Travel to cities across Ontario to actively recruit for MONEXgroup
Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Outside Sales Agents, including
·         Qualify, interview, evaluate and select candidates for hire
·         Candidate pipeline generation of passive and active candidates through various methods.
·         Post position using various free sources
·         Proactively source candidates: direct sourcing, web research, events, networking, social networks, professional associations, referrals and applicant tracking system, etc.
·         Negotiating and closing offers to applicants while working closely with Human Resources and the hiring manager to ensure a smooth on-boarding process
·         Prepare and execute successful recruitment strategies to significantly increase our talent pool
·         Meet revenue and activity expectations, maintain accurate and well ordered documentation

 
 Minimum Qualifications:
·         Must have own vehicle, with valid driver’s license and insurance
·         Minimum of 1-2 years full cycle recruiting of sales role
·         Experienced recruiting for 100% commission sales position is definite asset
·         Experience in sales is a definite asset
·         High volume recruiting experience
·         Minimum of a college or university education
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Must be highly organized and detail oriented
·         Ability to work both individually and in a team environment
·         Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
·         Proficiency in MS Office tools – Outlook, Word, Excel
