For close to a decade, The MONEXgroup has been providing competitive Payment Processing solutions to Canadian businesses. Now, our Inside Sales Division is growing and we are looking for a highly motivated and driven, Inside Sales Consultant to join our team.

We offer:
• $35,000 to $55,000 base pay determined by experience, plus commission, residual income and performance bonus
• When quota is met, estimated remuneration will be $100,000+

Your Responsibilities will include:
• Close sales with potential clients and offer Payment Processing, over the phone only
• Assist clients in determining the best Payment Processing Solutions for their business
• Use secure information with discretion and build client trust to close sales over the phone
• Complete contractual agreements with merchants
• Meet a weekly quota set by Sales Manager
• Cultivate referrals to generate ongoing pipeline of sales
Minimum Qualifications:
• Energized and highly focused
• Very organized
• Professional and self motivated
• A desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• With expertise in B2B, you must have a proven ability to close deals and are excited about prospecting and developing new business
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, must be trustworthy, loyal and honest
• Fluency in English a MUST. Additional languages are considered an asset, specifically Mandarin, Korean, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic
• Sales experience, preferably Inside Sales and the ability to close sales over the phone
• Able to work with minimal supervision and a great deal of autonomy
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
