Responsibilities

Market firm services to prospective clients.

Manage audits, reviews, and compilations from planning to completion while managing multiple client demands.
- Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
- Anticipate and address client needs.
- Build on technical competence by keeping up to date on trends, developments, and technical authorities.
- Manage and develop client relationships.
- Conduct effective meetings with management and Board of Directors to discuss audit planning and financial results.
- Manage audit staff assigned to engagements and review work paper files.
- Develop and mentor staff through training and effective performance feedback.
- Manage risk and financial performance of engagements including billing, collections, and the budget for projects.
- Manage scheduling and load balancing for engagements.
- Draft major proposals and bids.
Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years recent experience in Public Accounting working in an audit role.

Solid understanding of audit and attest services with knowledge of FASB regulations and GAAP.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university.

Ability to travel.

Licensed CPA.

Ability to meet challenging client requirements, provide excellent client service, and possess strong communication.

Advanced analytical and research abilities.
